– The company must have a company secretary and a Hong Kong address.
– You may form a brand new company in 1 weeks, or buy a ready-made one in two days. The costs are the same.
– Just fill in the Application form for forming a Hong Kong limited company and fax (or mail) it back to us with copy of –your identity card or passport.
– Please check our List of ready-made companies if you want to buy one.

Forming a British Virgin Island (“BVI”) limited company

– Most popular if you want to have an offshore company for achieving anonymity and privacy protection, and /or tax –exemption.
– Any person over 18 can form a BVI limited company.
